Theresa founded Atlash in 2012, after seeing an opportunity to start doing lashes when others weren’t. She has since grown it into a full service lounge, where she wants people to look and feel their best. Theresa has 4 kids who mean everything to her. She texts them everyday! When she’s not at the salon, she is taking care of her 5 dogs!!!
Kristy has spent the past 15 years working with skin. She’s always had a passion for it, and is medically trained since attending clinical laser school. Kristy likes to help people feel their best in their skin, and enjoys watching people see results. Kristy enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, and working with women and children who are victims of abuse.
Lawrence has been doing lashes for almost 10 years (!) He finds it is a very therapeutic service to offer I a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. When he’s not at the Lounge, Lawrence is taking large groups on exquisite adventures throughout Arizona (book one of his trips!)
Elizabeth specializes in lashes and hair extensions . Licensed since 17, she is certified with Dreamcatchers Hair and is an ambassador for the lash brand Mauvella. Elizabeth has been Theresa’s assistance since the beginning. She grew up in the salons and has always had a passion for making others feel their best selves. Elizabeth loves animals and is currently studying for Vet MD school!
Candido has been a barber for 2 years, specializing in mens haircuts of all kinds. He began barbering to be his own business owner, as he enjoys watching others grow. In his free time, Candido likes to read books.

Crystal has been doing makeup since 2016, after she loved doing it on herself and realized it is a piece of art, just as much as drawing on paper. The way she takes care of her clients’ skin means a lot to her. Crystal’s hobbies include journaling and dancing!
My daughter and I had an eyelash perm done by Theresa and it is amazing! For anyone with straight eyelashes, this is a dream come true. Its hard to believe that I don't have to curl my eyelashes and I can shower or go swimming, etc and they still look amazing, even after they have gotten wet. I will definitely return for this service in the future.
